Making Appointments Making Appointments: Please ensure you advise our receptionist if you prefer a particular doctor. If you feel your consultation will take longer than a standard appointment (e.g. Drivers licences, pre-employment medicals, Centrelink paperwork, excisions, pap smears) please advise the receptionist so that allowances can be made to ensure the doctor is on time. If you require an appointment to see the nurse at the same consultation, please advise reception staff. This practice will see walk-in patients if there is an appointment available, waiting times may be prolonged. After Hours Arrangements For urgent medical assistance outside of normal practice hours call 000 for Qld Ambulance or present to the nearest Urgent Care Clinic or Emergency Department of your nearest hospital.
